It is with a mix of regret and necessity that I share some important news regarding the pricing of 121 Waves lessons. Effective Monday, September 4, 2023, there will be an increase in the fees for all lessons. While this decision was not taken lightly, it has become necessary to ensure the continued delivery of the exceptional service you deserve.

For the past four years, I have taken great pride in maintaining consistent pricing for lessons. However, due to a variety of factors, including increased overheads and energy costs that are crucial to upholding our high standards of service, I find myself compelled to adjust our pricing. As such, the cost for private 121 lessons will be adjusted from £19.50 to £22.50, starting September 4. Additionally, the price for a block booking of four swimming lessons will be revised to £90.00.

I want to acknowledge that our prices have remained unchanged since 2019, and although I had planned for a price adjustment in April 2020, the global pandemic disrupted those plans. Additionally, subsequent delays, including major pool maintenance in September 2022, have now led us to this point where an increase is unavoidable. However, it is important to note that despite this adjustment, 121 Waves Ltd. continues to offer the most competitive rates in the area. While I understand that price changes can be challenging, I want to assure you that my commitment to delivering top-tier service remains unwavering.

Additionally, while I have always strived to accommodate payment arrangements and overdue balances, moving forward, I am implementing a more consistent approach in line with the company’s terms and conditions. Accordingly, payment will be required at the commencement of each block booking. Please be aware that adhering to this policy is crucial to securing your place with us. Payments can be conveniently made in cash or through online transactions via BACS.

The decision to increase prices is never an easy one, and my absolute priority is always to ensure the delivery of the very best possible service, and this small increase will allow me to ensure that this remains possible.
